N.D. BHE president to speak at school

Duaine Espegard, president of the State Board of Higher Education, will address high school students at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Cooperstown High School. Espegard will discuss the opportunities today’s students have to get a good education and good jobs in North Dakota.
