Survey: 91 percent of tobacco retailers do not sell to minors

BISMARCK, N.D. - According to the results of a federally-mandated tobacco compliance survey, about 91 percent of licensed tobacco retailers involved in compliance checks in 2012 across the state did not sell tobacco products to minors.
