Conn. man pleads guilty to anthrax, bomb threats
A Connecticut man arrested in North Dakota has pleaded guilty to sending a threatening note to a New London judge in September 2010 with a substance he said was “liquid Anthrax” and mailing a hoax bomb threat that forced a post office and school to evacuate.
