Man with warrants arrested after pursuit through Clay, Wilkin counties

MOORHEAD, Minn. — A man with warrants out for his arrest in Cass County, N.D., was arrested early Friday after leading authorities on a roughly 30-mile chase down Interstate 94 through Minnesota’s Clay and Wilkin counties.
