Three sentenced on felonies

Three people were sentenced on felony charges in Southeast District Court. Adam Duane Gaiser, 27, 815 Fourth Ave. SE, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
