State leaders recognize Guard soldiers

BISMARCK — Members of North Dakota’s Congressional delegation, Gov. Jack Dalrymple and Adjutant General Sprynczynatyk said thank you Sunday to the families and North Dakota Army National Guard soldiers who returned home in September from a yearlong deployment.
