About 70 rally at N.D. Capitol steps to protest federal efforts to strengthen gun control laws

BISMARCK -- About 70 gun rights activists braved the strong winds and cold temps Saturday on the steps of the North Dakota Capitol building to protest new federal efforts to strengthen gun control laws.
