Meeting to discuss water service

The Jamestown City Council will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. today in the council room at City Hall, 102 Third Ave. SE, Jamestown, to enter into executive session to consult with the city attorney on the territorial services claims by Stutsman Rural Water District.
