Farm Rescue receives grants

Farm Rescue, a nonprofit organization that provides planting and harvesting assistance free of charge to farm families who have experienced a major illness, injury or natural disaster, received two grants totaling $78,000 from the Walmart Foundation. The grants, which were given to Farm Rescue through the Walmart Foundation’s North Dakota and Iowa State Giving Programs, will be used for a truck purchase and general operations.
