Kantrud speaks on SCDRC at Kiwanis

Jim Lees introduced Deb Kantrud, executive director of South Central Dakota Regional Council, who spoke to Kiwanis members. Kantrud moved here from Dickinson five years ago. She said the council serves an 11-county area. Coming from Dickinson, where it was so dry, she said dealing with water issues has become a big part of her life now.
