Sex offender changes address

The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents that a convicted sex offender living in James-town has changed his address. William Humphrey Kysar, 52, is living at 409 Fourth St. NE #1, Jamestown. He is described as a white man, 6 feet tall, 250 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
