N.D. lawmaker proposes to buy out NDUS Chancellor’s contract

BISMARCK - A North Dakota lawmaker is proposing an amendment to buy out the contract of Hamid Shirvani, North Dakota University System chancellor, after a year of what he says has been questionable leadership and mistrust among the system’s university leaders.
