ND AG gets arrest warrants for 2 Utah contractors

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (STEHN’-juhm) has obtained arrest warrants for two Utah men he says were unlicensed contractors working at a Dickinson construction site where a fatality occurred.
