N.D. refinery announcement coming today

BISMARCK – Gov. Jack Dalrymple plans to hold a news conference today to announce plans for construction of a new diesel refinery in North Dakota. The project will create jobs and provide other statewide benefits, according to a news release from the governor’s office.
