N.D. lawmakers reject school milk bill

North Dakota House lawmakers have denied an attempt to get state funding to pay for milk for kids from low-income families. Meanwhile, there’s a chance that children in the Fargo and Moorhead school districts won’t get milk or juice during break times this year simply because their families can’t afford it.
