No travel advised for areas south of Jamestown and Valley City; Travel Alert issued for Grand Forks

The North Dakota Department of Transportation has expanded the No Travel Advisory to include the cities of Ellendale, Edgeley, Oakes, Litchville and surrounding areas due to snow and blowing snow causing near zero visibility. In addition, a Travel Alert has been issued for the areas of Grand Forks, Drayton and Cavalier due to snow causing slippery roads and reduced visibility.
