I-29 reopens from Fargo south into South Dakota; I-94 reopens in Minnesota

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have opened Interstate 29 from Fargo to the North Dakota border along with N.D. Highway 13 from I-29 to Wahpeton.
