N.D. man charged with killing man in Westhope

A North Dakota man has been charged with killing another man with a rifle. The Minot Daily News reported that 48-year-old Timothy Carl Mundt has been charged in the shooting death of 40-year-old Jessie Kirk in Westhope earlier this month.
