R-4 title set

Second-ranked North Star and No. 5 Four Winds-Minnewaukan will meet in a dandy for the Region 4 title and trip to state Thursday night. North Star put the clamps on Carrington in the first semifinal in Devils Lake, while high-scoring Four Winds-Minnewaukan routed St. John in the nightcap.
