N.D. man acquitted of slipping sedative

A jury has acquitted a North Dakota man accused of slipping a sleep-inducing sedative into a co-worker’s coffee. Forty-four-year-old Richard Sanchez, of Ardoch, was charged with felony reckless endangerment.
