Letter to the editor: N.D. doesn’t need to cut its oil production taxes

I see where our illustrious Republican-controlled Senate approved a bill to lower production taxes for big oil. Who votes for these buffoons? Exxon’s profits in 2012 were $44.9 billion, just short of the world record, according to CNNMoney.
