Corps plans another Devils Lake meeting

The Devils Lake project manager for the Army Corps of Engineers says a 5-foot raise in the levee that protects the city likely would mean acquiring property. Bonnie Greenleaf said the corps plans a follow-up meeting Nov. 19. She said it will give residents another chance to influence where new alignment lines for the levee are drawn.
