Bigger, quicker Gophers prevail

It’s nothing that a couple inches of height or a couple clicks of the stopwatch couldn’t cure. North Dakota State ran into a bigger and quicker team and the result was predictable, although not easy. The University of Minnesota took control in the first half and held on for a 68-56 women’s basketball win Wednesday night. The Bison would probably fare well in a game of H-O-R-S-E with the Gophers, but the Big Ten Conference athletes tend to like the physical game.
