Fugitive with ties to Fargo, Minn. to be featured on ‘America’s Most Wanted’

A fugitive with ties to Fargo and Willmar, Minn., will be featured on tonight’s episode of “America’s Most Wanted,” along with comment from a recovering methamphetamine addict from Bismarck who will talk about how the drug took over her life.
