Jury in Blunt case sends judge a question, still deliberating

BISMARCK – Jurors deliberating former North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance agency CEO Charles “Sandy” Blunt’s criminal case sent a question this morning to the judge seeking further definitions of business terminology, but the judge and both the prosecution and defense attorneys agreed the jury should not receive further definitions.
