Rutherford sentenced in threatening letters case

U.S. Attorney Drew H. Wrigley announced on Monday that Robert W. Rutherford, formerly of Bismarck, N.D., was sentenced before U.S. District Court Chief Judge Daniel L. Hovland on two counts of threat by interstate communications.
