No travel advisory lifted near Ashley; I-29 south of Fargo down to one-lane traffic

The North Dakota Department of Transportation has lifted the no travel advisory on N.D. Highway 3 south of Ashley. There are some areas where water is on the roadway so motorists are asked to use caution.
