Morton County says SWAT shooting justified

Morton County authorities say a SWAT team member was justified in shooting a man in the shoulder after the man threatened officers with a gun. George Fischer of Hebron was shot March 3, after a standoff that lasted more than eight hours at his home. He has been charged with assault on a peace officer and terrorizing.
