Coal drying plant rezoning continues

The Stark County Commission has approved a rezoning and special use permit for a coal drying plant, repeating an action it took last year. Auditor Alice Schulz said Tuesday’s vote was unanimous among the five commissioners, hours after the county zoning board gave its approval. The change will rezone land near South Heart, about 13 miles west of Dickinson, from agricultural to industrial.
