Hoff speaks on art at Kiwanis

Chuck Axtman introduced artist Jeff Hoff to speak at the Nov. 16 Kiwanis meeting at the Lantern Room. Hoff, a customer service agent at Otter Tail Power Co. in Jamestown and Oakes, N.D., related his experience in becoming an artist. Born and raised in Rugby, N.D., Hoff was more interested in hockey and football than anything else. He enjoyed drawing for fun. He didn’t go out for football until after junior college to give himself some growing time while he took basic classes and worked part time.
