Joyce and Dwaine Heinrich moved into the rehabbed second floor of the 105-year-old downtown building they purchased in 2004. The condo features the original wood flooring and the brick, made at the Klaus brick factory in Jamestown, which was exposed after ripping out the lath and plaster. The room without walls includes living, dining and kitchen.
