Great River Energy’s Spiritwood Station, the power plant under construction near Spiritwood, has begun ramping up to more than 600 workers. Construction officials are hoping to get back on the original schedule, which has a completion date of March 31. The winter and spring weather slowed construction of the plant by about two months, but the summer weather has helped get it closer to the schedule.
