Employees of Six D Construction & Development, Valley City, fill Hesco Bastions along the road bordering Klaus Park Sunday. The stonework at the right is part of the entrance to the park. Six D Construction was awarded a $579,000 contract Thursday to build flood control structures south of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad bridge on the James River.
