Valley City student Alicia Rohde submitted this image for the North Dakota Junior Duck Stamp Contest. Rohde’s artwork, “Chillin’ in the Swamp,” was named the contest’s 2010 ‘Best in Show.’ Rohde’s piece will now compete at the National Junior Duck Stamp Contest.
