Members of Boy Scout Troop 163 plant 265 trees and shrubs in front of Jamestown’s wastewater treatment plant Thursday evening. The troop planted them as part of 14-year-old Grant Curtis’s Eagle Scout project. The plants will serve as a snow barrier for the road leading up to the treatment plant and will also beautify the area, Curtis said. See news brief on A6.
