Derek Dubois performs the Buffalo Dance wearing the full 50 pounds of regalia including a buffalo head as the circle drums and sings in the background in the Frontier Village Amphitheater. The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa is presenting its culture in word and song twice a day during the Tatanka Festival and White Cloud’s 14th Birthday celebration. The presentations are at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. through Sunday.
