A dedication for the recently completed concession building at Pelican Point Landing was held Tuesday. Stutsman County Park Board Chairman Mark Klose, center, thanked those involved in the funding and construction of the new facility. He also recognized the Bureau of Reclamation, Garrison Diversion Conservancy District and the Dakota Anglers for their financial support of recreation facilities in the county.
