The James River Valley Library System Board has reached an agreement to purchase the Innovis Health property for the new site its library. The new site would include the parking lots to the north of the clinic, and across the street on Fourth Avenue Southeast as well as a small house located east of the clinic building. The funds for the purchase have yet to be raised.
