Col. Dean Reiter receives the Disaster Relief Mission Award from CAP National Commander Maj. Gen Amy Courter at the CAP National Conference early in September. The award recognizes the North Dakota Wing of the Civil Air Patrol for excellence in diaster relief in the North Central Region. Selection is based on the results of required Air Force evaluations of CAP perfomance and other factors.
