The Jockey Club IV defeated Five-Spot II 13-12 to win the Carrington Area Pool League last month. Team members were, from left, Howard Nelson, Larry Nelson, Adam Malinski, Cole Broadwell and Bill Merriman. Five-spot team members were Jim Mahutka, Jim Haugen, Carl Reimer, Chad Hermanson and Dave Mahutka. Other teams in the league were Finch’s Five-Spot, Harley’s Place, Shamrock Bar, The Wolf Den, Bordulac Bar and Grill and The Jockey Club. The league runs from mid-November to mid-March.
