Staff Sgt. Adam Gehlhar, of West Fargo, N.D., fires an M-16A2 rifle Aug. 13, during the Marksmanship Advisory Council Regional Competition at Camp Guernsey, Wyo. Gehlhar is one of four soldiers on the North Dakota National Guard’s 817th Engineer Company (Sapper) marksmanship team, which placed first at state and second at the MAC.
