A fish leaps out of the water in front of North Dakota Game and Fish Department employees Pat John, left, B.J. Kratz and Gene Van Eeckhout while they survey the Pipestem Creek area Wednesday near the Pipestem Dam outlet in search of silver carp. The crew did find an individual silver carp below the Jamestown Dam using a management method of electro fishing.
