The North Dakota Public Employees Association, Chapter 22 held a Toy/Winter Gear Drive Nov. 28-Dec. 19 at the North Dakota State Hospital, South Central Human Services Center and Stutsman County Social Services to benefit the Salvation Army. Salvation Army Lt. Teresa Brecto, left, is shown with Chapter 22 President JoAnn Deede. The toys and winter gear were delivered to the Salvation Army on Dec. 16.
