Dallas Tonsager, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, speaks at the celebration of the completion of the fiber optic to the home networks of Dakota Central Telecommunications and Dickey Rural Networks on Wednesday at the Reiland Fine Arts Center at Jamestown College. The combined projects had a $90 million cost and serve the largest geographic area in North America served by fiber optics.
