Minnesota Vikings super fan Larry Spooner set up his van, big-screen television and banner in front of the state Capitol Monday, and plans to do the same in the next few days as lawmakers may consider approving a new Vikings stadium. He said he does not want his state to lose the National Football League team, becoming like North Dakota and South Dakota.
