Jamestown Parks and Recreation officials Joyce Heinrich, commission member, Larry Knoblich, commission chairman, and Doug Hogan, Parks and Rec director, stand by the new Pepper’s Dog Park Tuesday that is set to officially open tonight with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30. Knoblich’s dog, Marlie, a chocolate lab, tested out the space inside the fenced-in area.
