The Jamestown Jaguars U-13 girls soccer team placed first at the Tri-City Soccer Tournament June 22-24 in Fargo. The Jaguars went 3-0 in group play, beating Brookings S.D. Futbol Club (3-1), Tri-City Storm White-Fargo (3-2) and Southdale Fury-Manitoba (6-0). On Sunday, Jamestown defeated Tri-City Storm Black-Fargo in semifinal action and then blanked Hub City Soccer Club of Aberdeen 2-0 in the title tilt.
