Three local 4-H members and Montpelier (N.D.) Public School students, from left, Seth Kjellberg, Kelly Susa and Sara Hatlewick, took first place in the film narrative division for the upcoming North Dakota State Fair’s 4-H Film Festival. The approximate 10-minute movie the group produced will be on display for the public at the Stutsman County Fair this week.
