Top, the Jamestown Blue Jays fifth-grade boys basketball team placed first at the Bismarck State College tournament last weekend. They defeated the Dickinson Lightning 35-20, Mandan Vipers 40-28, Bismarck Panthers 42-23 and the Bismarck Panters 55-27 in the championship game.
