A heavy-duty construction lift with a scaffold attached moves around a Kochmann Brothers Homes building site Thursday, near the Sheyenne River in West Fargo, N.D., a mile and a half south of Interstate 94. West Fargo had 25,830 residents in 2010, but could have 47,410 by 2040, according to a recently released report. That means the construction boom is not likely to stop soon for the F-M metro area's western anchor.
